Yoga & Yoga-Stretch:
A class for the whole body; designed to improve flexibility while including relaxation. Hatha Yoga exercises performed with attention to proper breathing, posture, and proper movement to enhance our daily activities. Good for all levels. Pilates-based matwork may be included in the Yoga-Stretch class.
