Wilson’s Fitness Centers have structured their
membership options to benefit the employee as well as the employer.
With different options available the employer can choose whichever one
is the most suitable for them. Wilson’s Total
Fitness offers a corporate wellness program at no final cost to the
employer. Employees of participating companies can enroll at a reduced
monthly rate. The savings range from 15-35 percent off dues and
enrollment. Our most popular options for employers are:
Employee Incentive Option: Offering employees an
“incentive†to get involved in a
fitness program. For example, Reimburse a portion of membership dues
to the employee for working out a required number of times per month
or receive reduced health care premiums.
Employee
Benefit package option: Offering the employees membership as
a part of their benefit package in which employer pays most of
membership.
Employee owned: Employee
receives discounted rate and low enrollment for being an employee of
the company based program and pays for membership via EFT.
