Class will meet on Saturdays at 10:45 am and Mondays at 7:00 pm beginning January 26th for 4 weeks! Cost: $30 for 1 session or $45 for 2 sessions per week for Wilson's members.
- Focus on Core strength which is needed for maximum torque to improve clubhead speed and distance.
- Focus on Flexibility to reduce the risk of injury, improve performance and muscle balance, plus improve your posture.
- Focus on Arms and strengthening of the rotator cuff.
