Kickboxing:
This traditional boxing workout packs a punch! Higher intensity interval-training workout that may include calisthenics and plyometrics. Attention is given to proper form when punching and kicking to promote a safe class. Boxing wraps and gloves can be used, but not a requirement. Intermediate to advance levels recommended, however, modifications are given for beginners.
