INTRODUCING WILSON'S NUTRITION AND FITNESS PACKAGES!
Nutrition and You:
This package consists of two 1-hour sessions with your Certified Nutrition Consultant. During these sessions, your nutritionist will work with you to assess your dietary intake and weight goals. Together, you will identify areas where change is needed and begin developing your individual goals. This package includes a full dietary intake report utilizing cutting-edge nutrition software.
Nutritional Counseling for Weight Change:
This package consists of ten 30-minute sessions with your Certified Nutritionist Counselor. These one-on-one sessions will educate and motivate you with weight change as the primary goal. Your consultant will provide information, educational materials, support and follow-up to help you make and maintain the needed dietary changes. The package includes:
- Assessing dietary habits
- Assessing body weight
- Identifying changes needed
- Identifying barriers to change
- Setting goals
- Finding support
- Maintaining changes
- Receiving full dietary reports
Fitness and Nutrition:
This package includes ten 1-hour sessions. Each session is 30 minutes of Personal Training and 30 minutes of Nutritional Counseling. Or you can purchase twelve 1-hour sessions. This involves three sessions per week, two with your personal trainer and one with your Nutrition Consultant.

INTRODUCING Nutrition Specialist Julie Berhorst
Julie Berhorst is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and a AFPA Certified Nutrition and Wellness Counselor. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Education and is certified in Elementary and Secondary Education. Julie has her Master's and Specialist's Degree in Elementary and Secondary Administration.
