Personal Trainers
The Wilson's Total Fitness Personal Training Team knows what is best for your body. Our trainers have a national certification, in house training, and experience. They have the knowledge to develop a program specifically to meet your needs, the personal dedication to develop a program specifically to your wants, and the passion to get you to do it.
Our personal training team uses the newest technology to aid them in assuring optimal success. For example, our trainers use the Visual Fitness Planner by Inter Images Incorporated to give a comprehensive, accurate, one on one evaluation. The Visual Fitness Planner or VFP provides an image of the client based on their personal health information. After a consultation with the trainer to discover what kind of fitness and nutrition program the client can commit to, an alternate image, of the client's future self, is provided. The VFP also evaluates the client's risk factors for chronic illness based on family health history and shows how those risk factors will change after following their personalized exercise and nutritional program.
